The transdiagnostic approach in psychiatry aims to treat patients holistically based on their symptoms rather than based on their diagnoses. However, tools that assess patients independent from their diagnoses are currently lacking. This transdiagnostic scale is an easy-to-use, anamnesis-based assessment tool that provides a quantified summary of the symptom severity of patients. Due to the fact that it also provides a visual summary, it makes easier for doctors to track changes in overall symptomatology as well as to explain patients their progress with any therapy. This tool is available for free both online and in printed version for you to download.
